- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment;
- Understanding of ins and out of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation;
- Upper-intermediate/advance written/verbal English;
- Well-versed in definitions of different software development roles and related technologies;
- Solid networking skills;
- Handling recruitment duties, finding tech talent for vacant positions in product companies;
- Overseeing candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment process;
- Providing candidate market research;
- Challenging tasks to apply key skills and learn new ones.
