Our client is a financial company that provides a variety of neo banking services. The company is rolling out digital transformation throughout its line-up of services to boost its privacy, security, and user experience aspects. 

Due to growth and team expansion, the company is currently looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to handle the talent pipeline, fine-tune the recruitment process, and find viable specialists.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. Full cycle, including sourcing, screening, recruiting, and so on;
  • A solid grasp on the ins and out of the Ukrainian IT market segment and its workforce opportunities;
  • Well-versed in definitions of different software development roles and related technologies (fintech and banking specifically);
  • Upper-intermediate written/verbal English;
  • Sublime negotiation and networking skills;
Responsibilities
  • Handling full-cycle recruiting process, setting up talent pipelines for different IT specialists and executive search;
  • Fine-tuning candidate experience at each stage of the recruitment process;
  • Providing candidate market research; 
  • Setting salary benchmarking to form market competitive value proposition for the vacant position; 
  • Collaborating with IT recruitment agencies in optimizing the company’s recruitment effort;
