Our client is a print-on-demand service that assists merchants with cost-effective print production.
Due to growth, the company is currently expanding its recruitment department and looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the team, fine-tune the talent pipeline, and find the best tech talent out there.
- Handle candidate sourcing and research via multiple platforms;
- Cooperate with hiring managers in determining recruitment priorities;
- Provide candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews;
- Fine-tune onboarding process (in tandem with Human Resources department);
- Oversee recruitment metrics and their efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. Basic understanding of different tech stacks is a total must;
- Experience working in a startup would be an advantage;
- Advanced written/verbal English;
- Sublime interpersonal skills, solid negotiation skills;
- Self-discipline and time management skills would be an advantage.
